The Lord Comes Down

Micah announces the Lord coming forth to tread upon the high places of the earth. God is not distant from injustice, pride, or idolatry. He sees, He rises, and He judges what exalts itself against Him. This is a sobering word, yet also a mercy. The Lord’s coming calls us to humble repentance, to leave our high places, and to seek refuge in His holy presence.
