God Rules Troubled Nations

Habakkuk hears that God is raising up the Chaldeans, a bitter and hasty people, to bring judgment. This is unsettling, reminding us that God’s rule includes events we would never choose or fully understand. Evil nations remain accountable, yet the Lord can use even turbulent powers to accomplish His purposes.
