How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us at support@openbible.love with a short description, the steps that lead to the problem, your device model, OS version, and the OpenBible app version (you can find it on the Settings screen). Screenshots or short screen recordings help a lot.
I can't sign in or my account isn't syncing.
First make sure you have a working internet connection and that the app is on the latest version. If the issue persists, sign out, restart the app, and sign in again. Still stuck? Email support@openbible.love with the email address you sign in with so we can check on our side.
Who can see my notes?
Every note has a visibility setting. Private notes are visible only to you. Group notes are visible only to the people in the group you choose. Public notes are visible to anyone using OpenBible. You can change the visibility of any note at any time.
How do I delete a note or my whole account?
You can delete any individual note from the note's menu. To delete your entire account, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you don't see that option or have trouble, email support@openbible.love from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account within 30 days.
The Android APK won't install.
Android blocks installs from outside Google Play by default. On most devices: open the APK, tap Settings when prompted, allow installs from your browser or file manager, then return and tap Install. If your device shows a Play Protect warning, tap More details → Install anyway. We are working on a Play Store listing.
When is the kids app launching?
The dedicated kids experience is in active development. The fastest way to hear when it ships is to write us — we'll add you to the early-access list.
