The Weighty Word

Malachi begins with a burden, the word of the Lord laid upon the prophet for Israel. God’s messages are not casual opinions; they carry holy weight, mercy, warning, and truth. Sometimes His word comforts, and sometimes it confronts. Yet every word He sends is given in covenant love. When Scripture feels heavy, we can receive it humbly, trusting that the Lord speaks to restore, refine, and draw His people near.
