When God Speaks

Obadiah’s vision begins with a solemn word from the Lord concerning Edom. Nations may rise in pride, but God sees clearly and speaks with authority. His judgments are not rumors of men, but revelations of His holy rule. This verse invites us to listen carefully when God addresses sin, arrogance, and injustice. The Lord’s word still calls hearts and nations to humility before Him.
