God Silences Cruel Triumph

The psalmist asks God not to let enemies gloat or claim victory over him. There is a deep pain in being mocked while already suffering. Yet this prayer brings that pain into God’s presence rather than feeding revenge. The Lord hears when others misread, dismiss, or celebrate our distress. Trust him to defend your dignity. He can silence cruel triumph and lift the humbled in his righteous time.
