When God Sends the Storm

Jonah fled from the Lord, but the storm on the sea showed that God was still pursuing him. The tempest was severe, yet it was also mercy, interrupting a path of disobedience. Sometimes God allows disruption to awaken us, redirect us, and bring us back to his calling. If your peace has been shaken, ask whether the Lord is inviting surrender. His storms can become doors to repentance and restoration.
