More Than Daily Bread

Jesus reminds His hearers that their fathers ate manna in the wilderness, yet still died. God’s provision in the past was real, but physical bread could not give eternal life. The verse points us beyond temporary needs to Christ Himself, the true bread from heaven. Thank God for daily provision, but do not stop there. Seek the Savior who satisfies the soul and gives life that death cannot end.
