The Danger of Pride

Zephaniah names pride as the root of reproach against God’s people. Pride magnifies itself, belittles others, and forgets the Lord of hosts. This warning calls us to examine our words and attitudes. When we honor God, we cannot despise those He loves. Humility teaches us to speak with reverence, serve with gentleness, and trust that the Lord defends His own.
