Sin Exposed Before All

Nahum speaks a severe word of judgment against a proud and corrupt city. What was hidden and celebrated in wickedness would be exposed in shame. Though the language is hard, it reveals God’s holiness and His refusal to ignore evil forever. This verse warns us not to make peace with sin or trust in power without righteousness. The safest place is humble repentance before the Lord.
