Woe To Violent Deceit

Nahum 3:1 speaks a solemn word against a city filled with bloodshed, lies, robbery, and endless prey. God sees violence and deception, even when they seem powerful or profitable. His justice is not blind to cruelty. This verse warns us against building life on oppression, dishonesty, or greed. It also comforts those harmed by evil: the Lord knows, the Lord judges, and His righteousness will not be mocked forever.
