Gardens Cannot Satisfy

Solomon made gardens, orchards, and trees of every fruit, displaying beauty, skill, and abundance. Yet Ecclesiastes reminds us that even lovely achievements cannot fill the deepest emptiness apart from God. Good gifts are meant to be received with gratitude, not worshiped as ultimate. Enjoy what God gives, but do not ask creation to be your Savior. Lasting meaning is found in the Creator.
