Precious Though Cast Down

Lamentations grieves that Zion’s precious sons, once compared to fine gold, are treated like common clay jars. Sin and suffering can bring deep humiliation, and people made in God’s image may be forgotten or despised. Yet their true worth is not erased. The Potter still knows His work. In seasons of loss, remember that God sees value where others see ruin, and He can restore what has been brought low.
