Sanctified Once for All

Hebrews 10:10 declares that we are sanctified through the offering of Jesus Christ’s body once for all. Our standing with God does not rest on repeated sacrifices or our own anxious efforts. Christ’s sacrifice is sufficient, complete, and holy. This truth gives peace to guilty hearts and courage for obedient living. Because Jesus gave Himself fully, we can draw near to God with confidence and gratitude.
