God Speaks in Exile

Jeremiah addressed people carried away to Babylon, yet the Lord still called Himself their God. Exile did not mean abandonment. Even in a hard and foreign place, God’s word came with authority, purpose, and hope. We may find ourselves in circumstances we did not choose, but the Lord is not silent there. Listen for His instruction, trust His sovereignty, and remain faithful where He has placed you.
