The Spirit Testifies of Christ

Jesus promises the Comforter, the Spirit of truth, sent from the Father. The Spirit’s work is not to draw attention away from Christ, but to testify of Him. He comforts, teaches, convicts, and makes Jesus known to the heart. We are not left to follow Christ in our own strength. The Holy Spirit bears faithful witness, helping us see, love, and proclaim the Lord.
