The Last Made First

Jesus overturns our instinct for ranking and reward. The last shall be first, and the first last. In God’s kingdom, grace is not measured by human comparison, seniority, or visible importance. Many are called, but few respond with humble faith. This verse invites us to lay down envy and entitlement. The Father delights to honor those who trust Him, serve quietly, and receive His generosity with gratitude.
