Counting Toward Thanksgiving

Deuteronomy 16:9 calls Israel to count seven weeks from the beginning of harvest. God taught His people to mark time with gratitude, remembering that every field and sheaf came from His hand. Our seasons also deserve spiritual attention. As we count days, tasks, and blessings, we can turn ordinary progress into worship, preparing our hearts to thank the Giver of every harvest.
