A Clean Break With Egypt

The Passover instructions called Israel to remove leaven and leave nothing of the sacrifice until morning. Their deliverance was to be remembered with purity, readiness, and complete obedience. God’s redeemed people were not to carry the old ways into a new life. In Christ, we are called to forsake what corrupts and receive His cleansing. Freedom is cherished through faithful remembrance.
