Delivered by Righteousness

Proverbs teaches that the righteous is delivered out of trouble, while the wicked falls into the place he thought to escape. This does not mean the faithful never suffer, but that God’s justice is real and His care is sure. Wicked schemes cannot finally overcome the Lord’s purposes. Choosing righteousness may be costly for a time, yet God knows how to rescue and vindicate His own.
