Christ Proclaimed Despite Mixed Motives

Paul honestly recognized that some preached Christ from envy and rivalry, while others served from goodwill. God’s work can move forward even through imperfect people and tangled motives. This verse invites us to examine our own hearts: are we serving to be seen, or out of love for Jesus? Yet it also comforts us that Christ is greater than human weakness, and His name remains powerful when faithfully proclaimed.
