Death in the Pot

The cry, “death in the pot,” reveals how quickly something meant to nourish can become dangerous. In this story, the people recognized the poison and turned to the man of God. Spiritually, we also need discernment about what we receive into our hearts and homes. Not every meal offered to the soul is safe. Bring every influence, teaching, and desire before the Lord, trusting Him to purify and protect.
