Daily Portion in Exile

Jeremiah records that Jehoiachin received a continual daily portion from the king. Even in exile, provision came one day at a time. This reminds us that God can sustain His people in unlikely places and through unexpected means. We may not see the whole road ahead, but the Lord knows our needs. Trust Him for today’s portion, and let His faithfulness quiet tomorrow’s fears.
