Stay Near Your Calling

A bird away from its nest is exposed, restless, and vulnerable. Proverbs uses this simple picture to warn us about wandering from the place God has given us. Restlessness can make another path seem better, but safety often lies in faithfulness. Ask the Lord to help you discern the difference between His leading and your drifting. There is blessing in remaining where obedience, responsibility, and His care have placed you.
