Suffering for Doing Good

Peter reminds believers that if suffering comes, it is better to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. Faithfulness does not always protect us from pain, but it keeps our conscience anchored before God. When obedience is costly, we follow the path of Christ, who suffered unjustly. The Lord sees righteous endurance and will honor what is done in His will.
