Giving That Pleases God

Paul sees the Philippians’ gift as more than practical help. Their generosity is a sweet-smelling offering, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God. What we give in love rises before the Lord as worship. True Christian giving is not measured only by amount, but by devotion, sacrifice, and concern for others. When we support God’s work and care for His servants, we honor Him.
