Guard the Gospel

Paul speaks with holy seriousness: no messenger, however impressive, may replace the gospel of Christ. Even an angelic appearance cannot outrank the truth already delivered. The good news is not ours to edit, soften, or improve. It is God’s saving message centered on Jesus. This verse teaches discernment and courage. Love for people requires faithfulness to the gospel that alone brings grace, freedom, and life.
