Believing the Written Word

Jesus points to the writings of Moses and asks how those who reject them will believe His words. Faith does not pick and choose God’s voice; it receives the witness He has given. Scripture prepares the heart to recognize Christ, trust Him, and follow Him. If we grow careless toward the written Word, our hearing becomes dull. Let us approach Scripture with humility, expecting it to lead us to Jesus.
