Destroyed by His Coming

Paul reminds believers that wickedness may be revealed, but it will not reign forever. The Lord Jesus will consume the lawless one with the breath of His mouth and destroy him by the brightness of His coming. Evil can frighten us, but Christ’s presence is greater than every darkness. Our hope rests not in human strength, but in the returning King whose light ends deception and brings justice.
