Eyes Opened to Jesus

Luke 24:31 captures a holy moment: their eyes were opened, and they knew Him. The risen Jesus had walked with them, taught them, and then revealed Himself. Sometimes Christ is nearer than our sorrow allows us to see. We need opened eyes more than new circumstances. Ask Him to make Himself known in Scripture, fellowship, and broken bread, even when He seems hidden.
