Received and Delivered

1 Corinthians 11:23 reminds us that Paul passed on what he received from the Lord: on the night of betrayal, Jesus took bread. The Lord’s Supper begins in the shadow of human treachery, yet shines with divine love. Christ gave Himself knowingly and willingly. We are stewards of this holy remembrance, receiving grace with reverence and passing on the gospel faithfully to others.
