The Danger of Proud Eyes

Proverbs 30:13 paints a picture of pride lifted high in the eyes and eyelids. Arrogance often begins quietly, in how we look at others and how highly we view ourselves. God invites us to lower our gaze in humility and receive His grace. A humble heart sees clearly: every gift is from Him, and every person deserves mercy.
