Provision in Ordered Service

Solomon appointed twelve officers to provide for the king and his household, each serving his month. This glimpse of administration reminds us that faithful provision often depends on shared responsibility and orderly service. God can be honored not only in worship songs, but in planning, supplying, and showing up when it is our turn. Quiet duties, done faithfully, help sustain the life and work entrusted to us.
