Choosing By What We See

Reuben and Gad saw that Jazer and Gilead were suitable for their cattle, and their abundance shaped their desire. The verse gently warns us that possessions can influence our vision. What looks practical may still need prayerful surrender. God cares about our needs, but He also calls us to seek His purposes beyond comfort and advantage. Let every opportunity be weighed before Him, not merely by gain.
