Recovering Holy Reverence

Paul describes the deep problem of sin: people live as though God is not before their eyes. Without reverence for the Lord, the heart easily excuses pride, cruelty, and rebellion. The fear of God is not terror for His children, but humble awe that leads to wisdom and worship. Pray for clear sight today.
