Serving Christ Unaware

The righteous are surprised when the King says they fed and gave Him drink. Their compassion had been simple, practical, and sincere, not performed for recognition. Jesus teaches that love shown to the needy is received as service to Him. Many holy moments look ordinary: a meal, a cup, a visit, a kindness. Ask the Lord to open your eyes to hidden opportunities to love Him by loving others.
