Honoring Grief with Integrity

In Abraham’s purchase of a burial place, we see dignity, honesty, and respect in a moment of mourning. Even while grieving Sarah, he conducts himself with integrity among the people of the land. Faith does not make sorrow unreal, but it shapes how we walk through it. God’s people can honor the dead, deal justly with others, and trust the promises of God even beside a grave.
