Promise Before Law

Paul reminds us that the inheritance rests on God’s promise, not human performance under the law. The Lord gave His word to Abraham freely, establishing grace before commandments were given through Moses. This teaches us to trust God’s faithfulness more than our own strength. Obedience matters, but it flows from faith. Our hope stands secure because God’s promise is generous, steadfast, and fulfilled in Christ.
